The PHP Developer Exam has been a real success it is by far one of the most popular features on PHP Rocks.
However we have made a big mistake when coding the PHP Developer Exam in that it has been incorrectly calculating scores.
We apologise greatly for this. We decided that instead of fixing it and not mentioning the embarrassing fact that the exam was faulty we decided to come clean. We hope you don't hold this genuine mistake against us.
This problem however is now fixed. And we strongly encourage you to retake the exam as soon as possible to see how good you really are!!
We have also enhanced the exam offering a PHP Skills Analysis tool which analyses your answers in the exam and then from that determines your strengths and weaknesses in each area of PHP. We compare your skills to the average skills of the people who have taken the test and point you to the articles and courses that can help you improve in these areas.
Secondly we have added a transcript feature to the website that allows a user to see exactly what they got correct and what they got wrong in the exam. So they can improve their skills in the future.
